MYO Light was developed from hands-on experience at MYO Total Wellness, with a focus on movement, recovery and fascia health. Rather than prioritising the number of wavelengths, our approach focuses on a carefully selected combination of red and near-infrared light.
How often should I use my MYO Light?
We recommend sessions of 10 to 15 minutes per area, at a distance of approximately 6 to 12 inches (15 to 30 cm). Daily use can be incorporated into your wellness routine, depending on your comfort and individual needs.
Which MYO Light panel is right for me?
The M1 is ideal for targeted sessions, while the X1 offers a larger treatment area. The Ultra is designed for more extensive coverage. Explore our collection to find the device that best suits your space and routine.
Can I use MYO Light before or after exercise?
Yes. MYO Light can be incorporated into your pre-workout or post-workout routine, alongside stretching, mobility exercises and other recovery practices.
Does MYO Light come with a warranty?
Yes. MYO Light devices come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, LED failures and electrical faults under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water exposure or unauthorised modifications is not covered.
